These packages utilize MECS Mist Eliminator elements which achieve guaranteed collection efficiencies up to 99.5%. We have been successfully removing organic mists from such operations for over 30 years.

Mist laden gas is drawn into the unit through a prefilter section to collect the larger particles. The prefilter has easily removable frames which hold disposable filter media. If cooling is required to condense the organic vapor, an optional finned tube heat exchanger section is available as part of the package.

The gas then flows into the mist eliminator element housing which contains MECS Brownian diffusion type fiber bed elements. The collected organic liquid drains into the bottom of the housing and is removed by a gravity drain or optional powered pump out. The gas is drawn through the unit by a blower and clean gas exits from the stack.

The packages are available as complete "Skid Mounted" (up to three skids) and in sizes to fit gas flows from 5,000 to more than 30,000 ACFM.
